This past weekend marked the return of the longest running comic convention on Long Island, NY; ICon. I was pleased to have been invited as a guest and had a wonderful time. Looking forward to seeing the show grow in the coming years, returning to it's former glory. Here are a few commission sketches from the show. My next appearance will be at East Coast ComicCon in April: http://eastcoastcomicon.com/about

Celebrating the master, Will Eisner.
This month marked the 100th birthday of the late, great Will Eisner. The champion of the graphic novel and the man that I consider to be the greatest of all time.
Here is an homage to my favorite Eisner creation; The Spirit!

I'm the worst...
I know. I am absolutely terrible at keeping this thing up to date. I come back. I disappear again. Well, if you're still around and still paying attention to me then thank you! I truly appreciate it and will try harder to keep up with this blog. I have been working on a handful of projects and attended some cons so I'll be filling you in on all of my recent and upcoming events...
First up, and I am happy to finally announce that the Unmasked Volume 2 Kickstarter will be launching next month! If you remember, writer and creator Michael Sarrao and myself launched a very successful Kickstarter campaign in 2012 with the first volume. That volume garnered a bunch of press and was serialized weekly on USAToday.com. Now, Paige Cruise and the New Age Heroes are back for a new installment by Mike and I and this time we are thrilled to have color artist juggernaut Paul Little on the book as well. Here is a sneak peek at pages from Volume 2. Keep checking in for the launch of the KS campaign!
